All Celesti Skin products are free of animal testing. We do not test our ingredients, formulations or final products on animals. We love our furry friends enough to keep them safe and sound.
All formulations and ingredients used in Celesti Skin products are vegan, which means they do not contain animal-derived ingredients. You can learn more about our ingredients on our Ingredient Glossary.
Celesti Skin products use safe and efficient ingredients. We are about what goes into your skin. We are all aware of some questionable ingredients that are harmful to our skin. The following ingredients are strictly on our no-no list: Parabens, Silicone, Ethanol, Ethyl alcohol, Denatured alcohol, Methanol, N-Butyl alcohol, Isopropyl alcohol, SD alcohol, Lanolin, Propylene Glycol, Phthalates, Mineral oil, Petroleum, Formaldehydes, Oxybenzone, Coal tar, Hydroquinone, Triclosan, Triclocarban, Talc, Sulphates, BHA (BUTYLATED HYDROXYANISOLE), BHT (BUTYLATED HYDROXYTOLUENE), PLASTIC MICRO-BEADS
pH balanced products have a pH level closer to your skin’s natural pH (usually that is 5.5). Hence, using the products from Celesti Skin will not alter the natural pH levels of your skin.
We have used minimal fragrance in our products that is alcohol-free and it is nonsensitising on the skin. Fragrances have been used to mask the unpleasant smell of some ingredients in the formulation and it is purely for the sensorial experience. We have ensured that our products contain a minimum amount of fragrances so it is not harmful for the skin.
Returns and Exchanges
Your wish is our command! You can return items that are unused, unopened, and damaged. We allow a 7-day return policy for the items that are in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we do not to exchange products. The returns are made at customers own cost. For any return related issue, kindly contact us at info@celesti.in so we can assist you further.
Refunds are only accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, the products with physical defects or if an incorrect product has been shipped. Send us an email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product on info@celesti.in within 24 hours from receiving the order.
Order
Placing an order is very simple:
• Go to the product of your choice
• Click on 'add to cart. You will see a pop up that to confirm that the product has
been added to your shopping cart.
• If you want to add more products to your shopping cart, ignore the message
and continue shopping. If you want to pay immediately, click on 'go to checkout'.
• Fill in your details and go through the steps 'information > shipping > payment'.
• At the end of the payment step, when you have confirmed your purchase, your
order is final.
• You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been
successfully placed.
If you are unable to place an order, there may be several reasons for this. It may be that you forgot to fill in a field, as a result of which the order cannot be placed. There may also be a malfunction at your bank that prevents you from paying. When this issue continues please contact us info@celesti.in.
We do our best to replenish sold out items as soon as possible. Re-stocks will be announced both on the homepage and via social channels
Unfortunately we cannot change an order after you paid. This means we can no longer add or remove items. If you have urgent updates concerning your order please send a message to info@celesti.in.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your address online after you have placed your order. If you have urgent updates, please send a message to info@celesti.in. We cannot guarantee anything, but we will do our best to help you.

Payment
We accept Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets, Paypal and Cash as modes of payment.
During the payment process you can enter your discount code. You can only use one discount code per order. After entering the code, you will see that the discount will be calculated immediately.
Delivery
It usually takes around 4-5 business days to deliver the product. We only ship pan- India. Under certain circumstances, there is a possibility to receive the product early as well. However, sometimes the orders can get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We provide you with tracking details that makes it easier to keep track of your order.
The standard shipping cost is Rs. 100/-. If shipping costs apply to your order, this will be shown during the checkout process.
If you received your order incorrectly, please send an e-mail to info@celesti.in. Include a photo of your invoice and the parcel. We will do our best to respond within two working days and solve the issue.
After we have handed your package over to ShipRocket and they have received it in good order, you will automatically receive a tracking code by e-mail or SMS from ShipRocket.
